Emergency Services workers invited to London Double Header

London Double Header

Saracens are offering up to eight free tickets to any member of the London Emergency Services for the upcoming London Double Header clash, where they take on Northampton Saints, and London Irish play Harlequins at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 2 September. The offer is in place as a show of support for the inspiring work the London Emergency Services continue to provide the people of London.

The North London club are teaming up with the Metropolitan Police, the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade to offer their full and part-time workers the chance to attend the Aviva Premiership Rugby clash completely free of charge. Each member of staff can claim up to eight tickets to ensure it becomes a day out for friends and family.

London Emergency Services personnel can claim their tickets for the London Double Header on Saturday 2 September, from today.

A dedicated URL link will be communicated to personnel through Service channels and tickets can be claimed through this link. For any further information please email supporterservices@saracens.net.

Saracens CEO, Heath Harvey said “We would like to illustrate our gratitude and thanks for the wonderful work our emergency services do on a daily basis in this great city by offering them free entry to one of the biggest days in the domestic rugby calendar. We recognise the work that they do and hope that in a small way we can help highlight just how much we as a Club and a City, appreciate them.”

Metropolitan Police Federation Chairman, Ken Marsh said: “Our thanks go to Saracens RFC for this generous offer – we have no doubt it will be a brilliant day for all involved.”

• The offer will initially be limited to 10,000 tickets but Premiership Rugby and Saracens will continually review the offer to satisfy the maximum number of people. The tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis
